rude response room delay
the room service experienced a delay. our room was not refreshed until after 3 pm. upon reminding the desk attendant, the response was both rude and dismissive. the key card also failed on the second day, it locked us out. i was disappointed by this.

personal service rooftop terrace thoughtful touch
the staff remembered our names each morning. the rooftop terrace became our special spot for quiet moments together. It gave us beautiful views. we received complimentary chocolates upon arrival, a thoughtful touch.
the car park was a small walk from the hotel, i found this slightly difficult with luggage

the staff helped my partner arrange beautiful surprises for our room, they were so quick to assist! they provided assistance to the makeup artist before arrival. during our stay, the staff messaged to ensure we didn't need anything.

a stay with some minor letdowns
The location was great. It made getting around easy.
The pillows were terrible. They caused a really bad night's sleep. i was given an online room upgrade. if that was an upgrade, i'd hate to see the standard double room, as the alleged upgraded room was plain and ordinary.

central location easy access friendly staff technology options
I appreciated the central location that allows easy access to theaters. Several restaurants are within a short walk. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with about my requests. The room had technology options that I found useful .
I found the mirrors in the bathroom unflattering. It was hard to see my face.
